AI customer experience platform Sierra has signed for circa 41,800 sq ft of office space at Tishman Speyer’s mixed-use Belvedere campus in Central London.

The company, which was co-founded by Bret Taylor and Clay Bavor, is relocating to the third floor of Belvedere South from its current home in Euston.

Tishman Speyer has also let more than 23,100 sq ft of space on the first floor of Belvedere South to international travel group The Travel Corporation, which is relocating from Victoria.

The company has also completed three retail lettings at the campus at 123 – 151 Buckingham Palace Road to Honest Greens, Neko Health and Westminster City Council, which intends to open a showcase for its premium residential developments at the campus.

Martin Simonneau, managing director and regional director for Tishman Speyer UK, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Honest Greens, Neko Health, Sierra, TTC and Westminster Council to a reimagined Belvedere SW1. These leases reflect the early momentum behind our repositioning strategy and the strength of Victoria as a dynamic mixed-use destination.”
