Clearbell Capital has let 3,348 sq ft on the first floor of 6-24 Britannia Street in King’s Cross’ Knowledge Quarter to AI software company Boltz.
The company has agreed a three-year lease on the newly fitted, fully refurbished and furnished CAT A+ workspace.
Following completion of the deal, the former commercial art gallery, which has been transformed into 15,000 sq ft of modern business space by Clearbell, is fully let.
Designed by Stanton Williams and delivered by Virtus, the refurbishment modernised and enhanced the building’s functionality and amenities and achieved an EPC A rating.
