Allsop has released its largest September commercial auction catalogue since 2022.

The auction, which is scheduled to take place on 30 September, will feature 185 lots ranging in size from £5,000 to £3m+.

The catalogue includes 43 lots guided at or above £1m with the largest being a freehold multi-let office investment in Bromley, which has residential planning permission and is guided at £3m to £3.25m.

In Sheffield, the Grade II listed former headquarters of the Sheffield Telegraph and Star is being offered with a guide price of £2.25m+ (pictured). The site comprises a supermarket, three shops and offices above, together with eight flats let on long leases.

A significant proportion of lots (77) are located in London and the South East, including a freehold industrial estate in Wimbledon comprising four units on a site of approximately 0.56 acres.

Alex Neil, commercial auction partner at Allsop, said: “We’re thrilled to be bringing the UK’s largest dedicated commercial auction catalogue in three years to market, showcasing an exceptional range of opportunities for investors. With 185 lots and guide prices totalling £125m, this catalogue reflects the continued strength, liquidity and diversity of the commercial property sector. We’re proud to be the trusted choice of a diverse client base – from institutions to private investors – to deliver swift, impactful results at our upcoming auction.”
