Allsop has appointed Brad Harris and Jack Robson as senior associates in the firm’s residential transaction team.

Harris, who previously worked for Allsop and has more than a decade’s experience acquiring and disposing of residential land sites, will work with private and corporate landowners to bring residential-led suburban and city centre opportunities forward for disposal.

Robson rejoins Allsop from HSPG where he worked as a senior acquisition manager. He will predominantly be responsible for disposing of stabilised residential stock with a particular focus on social and supported housing.

Both will be based in the firm’s Leeds office and report to James Wilson, a partner in Allsop’s residential transactional and living markets team.

Wilson, said: “We are delighted to welcome back Jack and Brad who are proven experts in both the residential investment and development markets. Their return to Allsop reinforces our offering in the regional markets, allowing us to maintain our high standards for existing clients, in addition to upholding our objective of investing in new and existing talent.

“The Leeds office has grown significantly over the last 12 months and we have plans over the short and medium-term to expand further in key areas, with the aim of providing best-in-class service across the residential and commercial real estate sectors.”
