Sigma Capital has promoted five team members to senior leadership roles.
Jack Barnet has been promoted to managing director of operations, Adam Freeland is now managing director of partnerships, Steven Brewster has been appointed managing director of transactions and Kenny Brewster has been promoted to property investment and valuations director, taking over from Gwynn Thomson, who continues to support the group in a consultancy role. Following the retirement of long-serving CFO Mike McGill, Victoria Helstrip has also been promoted to group chief financial officer.
Ged McPartlin, whose appointment as managing director of Simple Life Management, Sigma’s in-house lettings and management platform, was announced earlier this year, also joins the operational board of Sigma to work alongside the investment and delivery teams.
