Buttress Architects has strengthened its senior leadership team with two internal promotions to associate director and an external director hire.
Grant Prescott and Jenna Johnston (pictured) have been promoted to associate director level and the practice has also recruited a new marketing director, Toby Cope. All three join Buttress’ leadership team.
The practice has also increased the number of AABC accredited conservation professionals with Samantha Knights, Jenny Wilkinson and Steve Kendall recently qualifying.

Neal Charlton, Buttress director who jointly leads the arts, heritage and cultural team at the practice, added: “Congratulations also to our newly accredited conservation professionals.
