The aerial survey and inspection company has agreed a three-year lease on the space. AM Sci Tech has also agreed a two-year lease extension on Unit G5 at the Enterprise Centre to decommissioning waste sector specialist Phoenix Decom.

Jeanette Sturla, business director at Skeye, said: “We are focussed on targeting growth opportunities in Aberdeen and the north east from our new base at the Innovation Centre. The location offers everything we need to provide our team with a quality base and a positive working environment.”

Cherry Paton, estates manager at Aberdeen Energy & Innovation Parks Estates Manager, added: “The Innovation Centre offers Skeye top tier office space and we’re delighted to contribute to the growth plans of such a dynamic company. This is also a great outcome for our landlord and we’re confident the Innovation Centre is an ideal location for a company of Skeye’s calibre and we look forward to watching them grow even further.”
