Arax Properties has instructed Colliers to manage the company’s circa 1m sq ft portfolio of offices in Central London.
The portfolio comprises Duo, Mode, Johnson Gardens, 12 Soho Square, Mainframe and 21–22 Warwick Street. Colliers Property Management will be responsible for the proactive management of the assets and will aim to enhance the operational efficiency of each site.
