Two new occupiers have signed up to take space at the ARC Uxbridge innovation campus.
Pizza Express has taken 5,000 sq ft for its new HQ and market research company JATO Dynamics has signed for 13,500 sq ft of Grade A office space in the newly refurbished Building 01.
Andrew Davies, leasing director at ARC, said: “We’re delighted to welcome both Pizza Express and JATO Dynamics to our growing campus at ARC Uxbridge. We’re continuing to see demand for best-in-class office space and the recent move by both companies is testament to the community, and environment that we have built here on the campus.”
Claire Carbone, estates director at Pizza Express, added: “We’re very pleased to be relocating to the ARC campus, the new space will complement our central London Soho hub and hybrid working model. We’re looking forward to creating a welcoming space for our teams which enables truly collaborative working, as well as being able to offer all the benefits of a best-in-class campus set up.”
