Areli Group and Tikehau Capital have secured planning consent for the £500m redevelopment of the SEGA building in Brentford.
The circa 1m sq ft mixed-use Brentford Works development comprises more than 850 homes, of which 35% are affordable, 70,000 sq ft of locally focused maker spaces and 10,000 sq ft of restaurant/retail space, surrounding 1.5 acres of new public realm.
Rob Tincknell, Areli founder and CEO, said: “I’m so proud of the amazing progress Areli has made over the last eight years and of the incredible people-focused schemes we are working hard to make happen. This wouldn’t be possible without our fantastic team and the amazing support we have at Areli from investors and other clients.”
Brentford Works is part of Areli Group’s development partnership with Tikehau Capital, which also includes the Nicholson Quarter in Maidenhead.
