AshbyCapital has partnered with Bueno Analytics to enhance the operational efficiency and long-term sustainability of its office portfolio.
Bueno’s building optimisation and building analytics platform offers insights into building performance, enabling proactive maintenance, fault detection and building optimisation.
Tom Smithers, property director at AshbyCapital, said: “We have long recognised the importance of sustainability within our portfolio: at The Kensington Building we reused and repurposed as much of the previous building as possible, reducing embodied carbon by 30% compared to a typical new-build office; and The JJ Mack Building is the UK’s most sustainable building, with an unprecedented BREEAM score of 96.4%.
“Our partnership with Bueno Analytics is part of our ambition to optimise the performance of our buildings even further. We are committed to driving value for our tenants and investors while prioritising sustainability. Bueno’s technology allows us to go beyond traditional building management, offering insights that are both actionable and transformative.”
James Hobbs, general manager EMEA of Bueno, added: “We are proud to partner with AshbyCapital, a company that shares our vision for sustainable growth and innovation in the property sector. Our expertise in data-driven building optimisation will be instrumental in helping AshbyCapital achieve its goals of long-term operational efficiency and reduced carbon emissions across its building portfolio.
“Together, we will not only optimise building operations but also help lead the way in driving sustainable practices across the industry, ensuring long-term success and resilience.”
