AshbyCapital has completed two deals totalling 8,000 sq ft on the fourth floor of The Kensington Building in London.

VR Capital has signed for 4,273 sq ft of office space and Ferrari Group has taken 3,735 sq. Both companies are relocating to the building from existing sites in London.

Following completion of the lettings, 46,393 sq ft of space is available to let across three floors of The Kensington Building, which last year won the ‘Refurbished/Recycled Workplace’ category at the BCO Awards.

Tom Smithers, property director of AshbyCapital, said: “The deals we have signed with Ferrari Group and VR Capital complete The Kensington Building’s fourth floor, with space now only available on two floors of the building. We are excited to welcome our new occupiers to Kensington, where they will enjoy not only one of London’s most vibrant cultural offerings, but also the incredible design, light-filled workspaces and first-rate amenities at the building. There is strong interest in the remaining space, highlighting the ongoing popularity of high-quality office space in well-connected, balanced communities.”

Cushman & Wakefield and EiA Real Estate are joint letting agents for the building.
