Avant Homes has acquired a 22-acre residential development site in Mansfield from a private vendor for an undisclosed price.
Subject to planning, Avant Homes Central will build 396 energy efficient two-, three- and four-bedroom homes at the site at Pleasley Hill Farm.
The development will have a GDV of £90m and form part of a mixed-use development of up to 850 dwellings across a wider area, which will also include retail and commercial space.
