Regal London has partnered with 4C Hotel Group to bring forward proposals for a purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme on a 0.24-acre site in Camden.
Regal London intends to submit a planning application for the scheme at 33-35 Jamestown Road, which will also feature affordable housing, later this year following a comprehensive community engagement programme.
Marc Eden, investment director at Regal London, said: “We always look for partnerships with longevity, and as such we are delighted to be working closely with 4C hotels on Jamestown Road. Following hot on the heels of our joint success at The Haydon in Aldgate, this project in the heart of our home borough Camden will be an exciting addition to Regal London’s student portfolio.”
Neil Taylor, managing director of 4C Group, added: “Building on the success of our previous collaboration at The Haydon in Aldgate, we are thrilled to announce our next partnership with Regal London for the development of Jamestown Road in Camden. This marks an exciting opportunity to engage and contribute to the vibrant community of Camden, whilst addressing the pressing need for purpose-built student accommodation and affordable housing.
“Our commitment to delivering high-quality projects that enhance urban landscapes aligns perfectly with Regal London’s vision, and we are proud to embark on this journey together and leave a lasting impact within Camden.”
