Avant Homes West Midlands has secured planning consent to build a £18.8m GDV, 55 new-home development in Allesley, Coventry.
The Allesley Heights development, which is located off Birmingham Road, will comprise a mix of one-bedroom apartments and two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom practically designed, energy efficient homes.
Work is expected to start on site in July and it is anticipated the first homes will be released for sale in the autumn.
