Padel Pals has signed for 12,245 sq ft of warehouse space at Trade City Sydenham, Bell Green, London.
SHW acted on behalf of Knight Frank Asset Management and its client John Lyon’s Charity on the deal, which saw the company behind Bubble Football sign for Units B3 and B4. Following completion of the deal, Trade City Sydenham is now fully let.
