Avant Homes West Yorkshire has acquired a 7.51-acre site in Bingley and secured planning consent to deliver a 93-home, £23.2m GDV residential scheme.
The Five Rise Quarter development, which is located off Keighley Road, will comprise a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes.
The development will also feature 12 of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy efficient house types and of the 93 properties, 18 will be affordable.
Work is expected to start on site in April 2025 and the first residents are anticipated to move into their new homes in March 2026.
