Avison Young UK has bolstered its London markets team with two new hires.
Jamie Major is joining Avison Young as a director in the London office leasing team from Gryphon Property Partners and Alice Elder has joined the London markets team as a surveyor after spending the last four years in Avison Young’s Glasgow office.
Major and Elder will report into James Walker, head of London office leasing at Avison Young UK.
Walker said: “We are delighted to welcome Jamie and Alice into our London markets leasing team. I believe that Jamie will bring great value to the growing team, with his proven track record of leasing office space for a variety of clientele, and across some complex projects.

Avison Young has also appointed Chris Millar from Capita to the role of director in the firm’s project management team.
