Salboy Group has topped out two of its largest residential sites to date in Manchester.
At Viadux, Salboy and construction partner DOMIS have reached the highest point on the 40-storey residential tower that forms a major part of phase one of the Simpson Haugh-designed development. The tower will provide 385 one- and two-bedroom apartments and penthouses when complete.
Salboy has also topped out the 25-storey Victoria House scheme, which it is developing in partnership with Forshaw Group. The tower is also designed by Simpson Haugh and when complete it will provide 177 new homes.
Practical completion is expected on both sites by Q2 2024 and approximately 95% of properties in both schemes have already been sold.
