Avison Young has appointed Guy Spencer from BNP Paribas Real Estate to the role of life sciences and workspace director in its national investment team.
Spencer held a senior national investment role at BNP Paribas Real Estate and prior to that he was an equity partner at Strutt & Parker.
In his new role, he will based in Avison Young’s London HQ and will be tasked with identifying and securing new investment opportunities.
