AXA IM Alts has secured two new office lettings at the Assembly Bristol mixed-use scheme.
Ryan, a global tax services and software provider, has signed a 10-year lease for 2,722 sq ft on the sixth floor of Building B and Kaluza has signed a 10-year lease for 7,821 sq ft on the seventh floor of Building C.
The Assembly Bristol scheme comprises three buildings over eight levels providing Grade A flexible and smart workspaces ranging from 3,147 sq ft to 77,000 sq ft.
Christopher Meredith, director in the office agency team at Savills’ Bristol office, which is joint agent on the building with JLL, said: “Bristol is experiencing an unprecedented demand for high quality, Grade A office space.
