An exhibition showcasing the work of street artist Banksy has signed for 14,100 sq ft of pop-up space at Edge and Mitsubishi Estate London’s 125 Shaftesbury Avenue in London.
The Art of Banksy will showcase more than 150 pieces of work produced by the artist, including an homage to the Mona Lisa, which has never been displayed in public before.

Having just acquired the site in the last quarter, it is clear that it is a sought-after building in a prime London location, fit for a globally renowned exhibition. This development is Edge’s third London asset and the latest example of our commitment to creating inspiring spaces that people want to visit and work in.”
Daniel Aboud, director in Central London retail and leisure at Savills, who advised on the letting, added: “The Art of Banksy has already demonstrated remarkable success with its exhibition sites in Covent Garden and, more recently, on Regent Street, where they have invested over £1m in activation efforts.
“This latest venture at 98-102 Charing Cross Road marks a strategic expansion into London’s iconic Soho, driven by overwhelming public demand. The pop-up industry continues to thrive, and we anticipate more deals of this calibre in the near future, in response to the growing appetite for immersive leisure experiences.”
Michel Boersma, CEO at GTP Exhibitions and curator of The Art of Banksy, said: “After our initial successful London runs in Covent Garden and Regent Street, we were looking for a building in the West End with high footfall, great ground floor presence, and enough space to house our exhibition, retail and new coffeeshop. We thought this was going to be a great challenge. We have to thank our real estate consultant Chilworth Land, who also had found us the previous venues as well as this location in almost record time.
