Barberry has let a 19,555 sq ft unit in Coventry city centre to gym operator Trident Fitness.
The company has signed a 10-year lease on the space at 50 Bishop Street, which was recently vacated by Pure Gym. Trident Fitness is paying a rent of £175,000 per annum, subject to an upward-only rent review in year five.
