No5 Barristers’ Chambers has signed for 18,800 sq ft at Tristan Capital Partners and Sterling Property Ventures’ 103 Colmore Row in Birmingham city centre.
The firm has taken level seven and part of level four at 103 Colmore Row on a 20-year lease and will relocate from Fountain Court on Steelhouse Lane, which has been its home for the past 60 years.
The building comprises 225,572 sq ft of BREEAM Excellent and EPC A-rated workspace. On-site amenities include the double height Orelle restaurant on the 24th floor, a ground floor bar and café operated by D&D London and a members’ business club on the 18th floor.
Tony McDaid, chief executive officer at No5 Barristers’ Chambers, said: “We left Fountain Court with a heavy heart as we considered it our spiritual home, but the opportunity to create a platform for future generations was one we simply had to grasp. We resolved that if we were to find a new home it had to be the right home and the search has taken circa seven years.

The building is being marketed by Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield and Knight Frank.
