Battery technology company BYD has taken 27,000 sq ft in Building 05 at ARC Uxbridge for its new UK HQ.
Over the past 12 months, more than 96,000 sq ft of lettings have completed at the campus following extensive refurbishment of the site’s buildings, which have been upgraded to EPC A and BREEAM Very Good.
Andrew Davies, leasing director at ARC, said: “We’re delighted to welcome BYD to ARC Uxbridge. This is an exciting addition to our vibrant community, and we’re looking forward to introducing and integrating BYD into our group-wide energy tech cluster. BYD’s innovative approach perfectly complements ARC’s innovation ecosystem.”
