City fringe specialist BELCOR has struck a strategic partnership with full service office platform Kitt to offer ‘fully managed occupier solutions’ across its office portfolio under the new brand BELCORManaged.
BELCOR says the partnership allows it to expand its services across its landlord disposals and tenant representation divisions, with the agency’s tenant representatives also able to offer Kitt’s managed solution as an additional ‘bolt-on’ to occupier acquisition work.
Oli Cohen (pictured) of BELCOR said: “Our partnership with Kitt will allow us to give our clients coverage across both traditional and managed market which are increasingly merging as tenants are looking for their own private space, but want to benefit from personalisation of that space and all the services that they might find in a WeWork or Fora.”
