Bidwells has appointed Mark Callender from Schroders as a research partner. Callender joined Schroders in 2006 and held the role of head of real estate research. Prior to that, he was the research director for the Investment Property Databank Index and chief economist at the Housebuilders Federation.
In his new role, Callender will be focused on the commercial markets across the Oxford-Cambridge Arc and will be responsible for driving Bidwells’ research on the region’s science and technology clusters.

The company’s research and data are crucial to clients in their decision making and have already contributed to helping shape a more favourable policy environment for businesses operating in the Arc.
