Real estate investor and asset manager TSP has appointed Katie Hicks from Colliers as portfolio manager.
Hicks was a senior surveyor at Colliers with sole responsibility for the management of a mixed-use portfolio generating a rental income in excess of £9m per annum on behalf of corporate clients.
At TSP she will work alongside the firm’s directors and be responsible for both existing and pipeline assets, as well as developing the growing TSP flex platform.
