Bidwells has appointed Matthew Pigott and Tim Sturgess as partners in the firm’s planning team.
Sturgess (pictured), who has nearly 20 years’ experience in residential-led mixed-use development and strategic site promotion, joins from Avison Young as group partner and will lead Bidwells’ outer London and South East offer.
Pigott, who has an extensive track record working across London, also joins the firm from Avison Young. He brings particular expertise in commercial development, including office-led refurbishment, retrofit, extension and mixed-use redevelopment schemes.
