Blueprint Regeneration has secured planning consent to deliver the next phase of homes at Trent Basin in Nottingham.
Phase 4 of the Trent Basin West scheme, which is being brought forward by Blueprint Regeneration in partnership with Nottingham City Council and the East Midlands Combined County Authority, will feature 87 three‑ and four‑bedroom energy efficient homes across a range of tenures.
Sam Veal, chief executive of Blueprint Regeneration said: “Section 73 planning approval for Trent Basin West marks a significant step forward in delivering the next phase of the development and accelerating housing delivery in Nottingham.
