BNP Paribas Real Estate has made two key leadership appointments.
Leighton Thomas has been promoted to head of professional services and Roger Young has joined BNP Paribas Real Estate as the company’s new national head of valuation. Young succeeds Pete Sudell, who will retire in the first half of 2026 after a 40-year career at the firm.
Young, who has more than 25 years of industry experience, joins the business from Knight Frank where he most recently served as head of commercial valuation and advisory. Prior to this, he was an international partner at Cushman & Wakefield for nine years, heading up the industrial and logistics team.
