Buccleuch Property, Investec REALIS and Wrenbridge have teamed up to deliver a new 150,000 sq ft industrial scheme in Harlow.
The £55m GDV Identity scheme at Harlow Innovation park will comprise six units ranging from 12,422 sq ft to 59,352 sq ft.
Work is due to start on-site this month on the new speculative development and the scheme is due to complete in summer 2026.
Alpha Property Lending has provided the debt facility for the scheme and Curo has been appointed to deliver the development.
