The final two office suites at London & Scottish Property Investment Management’s Woodlands Court scheme in Bristol have been let.
MediPro has taken Unit 9 on a five-year lease with a three-year break and an engineering consultancy has taken Unit 1 on a five-year lease with a three-year break.
Woodlands Court is located next to junction 16 of the M6 and offers 38,000 sq ft of office space across 10 buildings.
Brian English, managing director at MediPro said: “We are thrilled to announce that we have secured a lease for office space in Woodlands Court. As we carefully consider the selection of office spaces for our bespoke training centres, the prime location of this property impeccably align with our vision. We can’t wait to embark on our new journey, starting from our newfound home at Woodlands Court.”
James Preece, director in the national offices team at Colliers, who sealed the deal with MediPro, added: “There is a low level of supply of self-contained offices of the size [on offer] at Woodlands Court that are located close to two major motorways, which has meant that interest levels have been high.”
Polly Smart of Knight Frank, who completed the letting to the unnamed engineering consultancy, said: “The successful lettings at Woodlands Court demonstrate the demand for small, good quality office space in north Bristol as occupiers continue to find their longer term office solution.”
