British Land has appointed Carter Jonas as the joint leasing agent alongside Savills at its Paper Yard research and development campus at Canada Water.
The campus, which offers 33,000 sq ft of CL2 lab and office space, was constructed using modular construction techniques and forms part of British Land’s 53-acre Canada Water development.
