Brookfield Properties has completed more than 50,000 sq ft of new lettings at Aldgate Tower in the City of London.

Uber has taken an additional 20,000 sq ft, increasing its total footprint in the 325,000 sq ft building to 88,000 sq ft, Multiplex has signed for 20,000 sq ft and is relocating from Brookfield’s 99 Bishopsgate, scheme, and KDDI Corporation has signed for 10,000 sq ft.

Martin Wallace, senior vice president, leasing at Brookfield Properties, said: “What we’re seeing at Aldgate Tower is a clear signal of how the market is evolving. Businesses want flexibility without compromise, and high quality, fitted space in strategic locations delivers just that. Multiplex’s move from 99 Bishopsgate and Uber’s continued expansion show that occupiers are prioritising occupier experience; something that Brookfield Properties prides itself on. Aldgate Tower’s design, amenities, and connectivity make it a magnet for companies looking to future-proof their workplace strategy.”
