Cameron Homes has secured planning consent to deliver 119 homes on the former Bamford Works factory site in Uttoxeter town centre.
The housebuilder is working in partnership with JCB to deliver the £39m development on the 5.31-hectare site, which has lain vacant since 2008.
The development will feature a range of one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes, including 18 plots specifically designed for elderly occupants, in addition to new public open space.
