Avant Homes East Midlands has secured planning consent for 110 homes in Radcliffe-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire.

The second phase of homes at the housebuilder’s 212-home, £61m Hackett Grange development, which is located off Nottingham Road, will comprise a mix of one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom houses. The second phase will also feature 12 of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy efficient house types.

Ben Felton, managing director of Avant Homes East Midlands, said: “Hackett Grange has proven hugely popular with buyers in Radcliffe-on-Trent, so it’s fantastic to be granted planning for the second phase of the development. The new phase will provide a mix of practically designed, energy efficient homes that are suited to everyone from first-time buyers, to growing families and downsizers.

“As a housebuilder, we are committed to building homes in places where people want to live. Delivering more new homes in Radcliffe-on-Trent is evidence of this in action, with the town having amenities, countryside and transport connections on its doorstep. We encourage any interested buyers to speak with our sales team at Hackett Grange to learn more about how they can make their move to this thriving community we have created a reality.”
