Arada London has let 15,265 sq ft at The Clarendon Works office scheme in Watford to Canada Life.

The company will occupy the entire fifth floor of the Grade A development with fit-out of the space expected to complete in Q2 2026.

The latest letting takes The Clarendon Works to nearly 90% let or under offer, rising to 100% when including leases in negotiations.

Paul Eden, co-founder of Arada London, formerly known as Regal, said: “The Clarendon Works embodies the kind of workplace we believe in – sustainable, thoughtfully designed and centred around the people who use it every day. We’re delighted to welcome Canada Life to the building, joining a community of leading organisations who share our commitment to quality and wellbeing. This letting marks another important step in our journey to create exceptional, future-ready workplaces that strengthen our portfolio and support Arada London’s long-term growth.”

Nick Harding, chief people officer at Canada Life UK, added: “The relocation of our Hertfordshire office to The Clarendon Works represents an important next step for Canada Life. Situated in a thriving regional business hub, our new workspace will offer a modern and vibrant environment that fosters connection, encourages collaboration and inspires our teams to do their best work in supporting our customers.”
