Catella APAM has sold St Stephen’s Place Leisure Park in Trowbridge on behalf of a private client to an unnamed purchaser for £11.37m.

The circa 84,000 sq ft multi-let complex includes a seven-screen ODEON multiplex cinema, an 80-bed Premier Inn hotel and a diverse mix of restaurants, cafes and bars.

Catella APAM has managed St Stephen’s Place since 2016, during which time the company has implemented a series of value-add initiatives aimed at enhancing the asset’s appeal and performance.

Max Bingham, from Catella APAM, said: “We are thrilled to have facilitated this transaction on behalf of our clients. St Stephen’s Place has been a significant asset in our portfolio, and we are proud of the work we’ve done to maintain its status as a top leisure destination. We are confident that the new ownership will continue to build on this success.”
