Julian Wilkinson has been appointed as area land director for the south of England at land promotion specialists Catesby Estates. Wilkinson has more than 20 years’ experience in the housebuilding and construction sector and previously held senior roles at Cluttons, Antler, Croudace, Barratt David Wilson, Clarion Group and Gladman Developments.
In his new role he will be responsible for the sourcing, acquisition and subsequent disposal of residential development land in the south of England.
Myron Osborne, chief executive at Catesby Estates, said: “We are looking to expand our land promotion portfolio across the south of England and Julian’s expertise, contacts and knowledge of landowners and agents in this part of the country will be invaluable in helping us secure future land sites for promotion.”
