CBRE Investment Management has appointed Kilian Toms from Sera Global as managing director of its real estate partners strategy.
Toms, who has more than 16 years of real estate experience, was a partner and head of Sera’s EMEA liquidity solution business. Prior to that he worked at Landmark Partners, where he was a principal in the real estate private equity team. He also worked for JP Morgan in its real estate, gaming and lodging investment banking group.
At CBRE IM he will be based in London and will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s real estate partners strategy, which focuses on enhanced return secondary market executions.
