CBRE has unveiled plans to relocate its City of London office to Paternoster House.
The company has signed for 10,000 sq ft on the fifth floor of the building at 65 St Paul’s Churchyard, which is owned by Hausinvest.
The new office will accommodate approximately 100 employees with CBRE relocating from its current home at St Martin’s Court at 10 Paternoster Row.
James Nicholson, head of occupier transactions, London at CBRE, said: “CBRE’s roots in the City stretch back to 1773, when Richard Ellis first opened on Fenchurch Street, and over 250 years later, the City remains central to our business. Maintaining our presence here also ensures we remain close to many of our clients and instructions.”
