Arora Group has expanded into the flexible workspace sector with the launch of its new flex concept, Arora Works.

The company’s first site is at the Metro Building in Hammersmith, West London, where Arora Works will operate across three floor. In early 2027, Arora Works Heathrow will launch within the World Business Centre at Heathrow.

Arora Works has been designed to cater to a diverse modern workforce, ranging from fast-scaling entrepreneurs and regional remote teams to multinational corporations requiring adaptable satellite operations. Each site will offer two distinct workspace propositions: fully customisable private flexible office spaces and shared communal workspaces.

Sanjay Arora, CEO of Arora Group, said: “The traditional boundaries between work, travel and hospitality have permanently dissolved. With Arora Works, we are unlocking the incredible potential of our property portfolio to deliver a business workspace experience structured around hospitality principles.

“Our occupiers will not just rent a desk or an office; they will gain access to a premium ecosystem characterised by top-tier service, seamless connectivity, and absolute flexibility. For example, Arora Works Heathrow puts you within minutes of checking in to Heathrow’s terminals, a godsend for those flying in and out of the city”
