Charterhouse Property Group has acquired an industrial and open storage site on Dock Road and Hulme Avenue at Tilbury Docks for an undisclosed price.
The freehold property, which sits on a 5.8-acre site and comprises six industrial units and seven open storage compounds, provides a significant opportunity for asset management across a variety of tenanted and vacant plots.
