Citrus Durham has submitted plans for an additional 3m sq ft of employment space at its Integra 61 mixed-use development in Durham.
The next phase of development at the site, which has a GDV of £340m, will be built to the west of the £400m GDV first phase at Junction 61 of the A1(M).
The outline proposals for the extension of the site comprise a range of storage/distribution and manufacturing units of varying sizes.
Integra 61 is already home to a 2m sq ft Amazon fulfilment centre, 640,000 sq ft of speculative logistics space at Connect at Integra 61, a roadside portfolio including Costa and Greggs and a soon to be delivered £4m EG On The Move petrol station featuring a convenience store and separate Starbucks drive-thru.
