Cluttons expands digital infrastructure team with new head of design

Cluttons has recruited Jay Glover from Clarke Telecom as head of design to lead the newly formed design and acquisition team within the company’s growing digital infrastructure division.

The four-person team will focus on site design for telecommunications infrastructure, such as mobile base stations, to support digital operators achieve greater network coverage for both fixed line and mobile clients.

Glover will lead the Manchester-based team, which comprises Peter Doyle, who joins Cluttons as CAD manager, Steve Bishop, who joins as a design manager, and admin manager Kelly Davies.

Glover said: “The timing has been perfect to join Cluttons – it’s history spans 260 years in real estate and is leading in the digital connectivity space. I’m looking forward to expanding the team’s existing capabilities as the business continues to grow.”

Darren Zitren, head of infrastructure at Cluttons, added: “This new design and acquisition team, led by Glover, will enhance our ability to deliver best-in-market digital infrastructure services at a critical time for the sector.
