Cluttons has signed for 8,551 sq ft on the fourth floor of the Yarnwicke office building in the City for its new London HQ.
The company has taken a 10-year lease at the Cannon Street building, which was formerly known as Sherbourne House prior to being extensively refurbished by developer Riverside Capital to BREEAM Excellent and EPC A standard.
The consultancy has also taken a 10-year lease on office space at 26 Cross Street in Manchester city centre to house its Manchester team, which launched in late 2021.

Cluttons represented itself on the Yarnwicke letting and RX London advised Riverside Capital.
