Cohort Capital has hired Robert Pritchard as head of capital markets. Pritchard joins Cohort from LendInvest where he was head of the fund management business. Prior to LendInvest, he held senior positions at CBRE Capital Advisors, where he led the deployment and management of capital on behalf of institutional clients, and Barclays Bank, where he originated and structured more than £700m of real estate backed loans for corporate clients.
At Cohort he will be responsible for broadening the firm’s product offering and capital base.

Through his extensive experience in the sector, Robert’s appointment will further strengthen our capital base whilst also rolling out a more diverse product set in the commercial real estate market, which we believe to be a very exciting space for private lenders in 2023.”
