Colliers has bolstered its Bristol office with a series of new hires and promotions across numerous different departments.
Louis Mott has joined the rating team as a senior surveyor, Jess Harding has returned to Colliers from Carter Jonas as an associate director in project and building consultancy and Olivia Nock has joined the retail out-of-town division as a senior surveyor.
Rob Adams, from the firm’s valuation and advisory team, was recently promoted to associate director, and Lauren Cordell was recently appointed as a senior surveyor in the business space lease advisory team.
Colliers Bristol has also welcomed two graduates, Holly Eldridge and Katie Gould (pictured), as part of this year’s emerging talent cohort.
