Colliers has bolstered its data centres offering with the appointment of Lottie Tollman as head of data centres advisory EMEA.

Tollman will join the business in November from Cushman & Wakefield, where she was head of occupier tepresentation, EMEA data centres.

In her new role, she will be based in Colliers’ London HQ and will work collaboratively with Gonzalo Martín, head of data centres capital markets, EMEA, who is based in Colliers’ Madrid office.

Davoud Amel-Azizpour, EMEA CEO at Colliers, said: “The integration of our data centres expertise to form one EMEA team reflects our commitment to providing clients with seamless, full-service solutions in one of the world’s most dynamic real estate markets. Lottie’s appointment is a significant step forward in our strategy to unite our established local strengths within a cohesive regional platform. Through this enhanced platform, we can respond to the growing client demand for specialist data centre expertise across EMEA.”

Tollman added: “I am excited to join Colliers at such a pivotal time for the data centre market. In a competitive landscape, Colliers stands out for its in-depth technical knowledge and deep understanding of the specific needs and challenges faced by operators in this niche sector. I look forward to working closely with best-in-class colleagues to help clients capitalise on the extraordinary growth opportunities.”

Martin said: “Our strategic move comes amid continued strong investment appetite for data centres across EMEA due to projected AI growth. Data centres are a specialised and complex asset class that require deep industry know-how and a blend of global market intelligence with local expertise. As demand continues to outpace supply across EMEA, I look forward to working with Lottie and the wider team to deliver tailored solutions at pace that help clients navigate complexity and seize opportunities in this rapidly growing market.”
